Dr.Helmut Fluhrer

Founder and CEO

When Helmut saw the first documentation and presentation of the roots of the rainmaking technology in 2004, he realized that this concept would become the most important mission in his life.

Already successful in building big companies from scratch in the media world, creating technology leaders in satellite television, digital editing/ printing and especially building one of the first b-to-b in the Internet, he took on the task of further launching a company for rainmaking.

During its seven years of fieldwork, Meteo developed most valuable know how and IP, which positioned the team as the technology leaders. After an intermission, caused by fundamental research work, restructuring and new strategic orientation, Fluhrer relaunched the Company in spring 2015.

Elena Davydova

CTO

As co-founder, Elena is one of the most experienced persons regarding weather modification worldwide. Starting her career in the field of disarmament and non-proliferation, Elena participated in negotiations between military, civil, scientific and environmental interest blocs concerning declassification of military know-how into civil sector. She also collaborated with respected companies and experts around the globe and gained invaluable insights inter alia into potentials of freshwater enlargement by various technical means including weather modification on different continents.

Elena is a co-author of the article "Abstraction of Atmospheric Humidity" published in the Chapter "Water-Quality Engineering", "Treatise of Water Science", ELSIVIR, 2011

Elena supervises scientific and technical execution of WeatherTec projects.

Matt Sawaqed

Vice President Financing & Business Development

Matt has a long career as Financier, Entrepreneur, Government Advisor in numerous Arab and overseas countries, esp. for economic development and as General Manager in building Free Zones.

He was the responsible advisor during the Project UAE 1 and arranged the splendid hospitality of HRH Saud bin Saqr Al Qasimi- the Crown Prince and Ruler of Ras Al Khaimah. He was eyewitness of the numerous non-forecasted rainfall events during the Project UAE 1.

Richard Müller

Vice President New Markets

After seeing the company video of Weather Tec for the first time Richard realized that this technology will be one of the key solutions to resolve Water Scarcity globally.

Richard Müller holds a MA in Business Management from the University of St. Gallen as well as a BA in Business Administration from the University of Zurich. Besides his studies from 2008 - 2014 Richard co-founded a production site in the food industry in Eastern Europe. After obtaining his Master degree Richard integrated the production site to his family business and became Co-CEO of a company in the Water sector. Today he is Vice President at WeatherTec. Richard sees great ecological benefits & economical potential for the idea of increasing rainfalls to mitigate issues related to Water Scarcity.

Antonio B. Cherubini

Director New Markets

Thanks to his experience as a consultant at The Boston Consulting Group, Antonio has an extensive knowledge in strategic management and a broad knowhow in renewable energy sources having worked in the wind energy business of E.ON Climate & Renewables. Antonio has a Summa Cum Laude Master degree in Mechanical Engineering at ETH Zurich. The environmental friendly Ionization Technology fascinates him being able to help so many people in need and the environment.

Antonio is responsible for negotiating new projects and setting new strategic alliances. Being able to speak 7 languages fluently and having worked in 12 countries of 4 different continents, he is the perfect partner for enabling new collaborations.

Thomas Reiter

Director Information Technology

Thomas brings to the company a special blend of skills and talents. As well as a degree in Physics, having worked for Prof. Binnig, Nobel Prize Laureate in Physics, he has a degree in IT and is an expert in artificial intelligence. He heads the implementation of the company's developments in "Digitized Weather Modification".

Thomas is able to manage the vast amount of meteorological and operational data needed to guide the meteorologists and engineers who run the company's projects. Dr. Fluhrer worked with Thomas on highly complex IT architecture during the pioneering days of the Internet.
